Mr. Eizenstat is the Chair of the United States Holocaust Memorial Council and Special Adviser to the Secretary of State on Holocaust Issues. He is a senior member of Covington & Burling LLP's international practice. Mr. Eizenstat served with four Presidential administrations in various capacities including Domestic Policy Adviser, Ambassador to the European Union, Secretary of Commerce for International Trade, Economic Business & Agricultural Affairs, Deputy Secretary of the Treasury and Member of the White House Staff.

Walter Reich, M.D., is the Yitzhak Rabin Memorial Professor of International Affairs, Ethics and Human Behavior, and Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, at the The George Washington University; a Global Fellow at the Woodrow Wilson Center for Scholars; a Lecturer in in Psychiatry at the Yale School of Medicine; and a former director of the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum. He was awarded the President's Medal of The George Washington University.
